Shipping
Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship to the continental US and Canada. If you are interested in a quote for shipping outside of these two countries we will be happy to prepare one for you, just fill out the below form.
What if I don't see my city listed for shipping but I still live in Canada?
We used the cities as a guide for shipping, however we realize there is MUCH more to Canada than its big cities. If you aren't comfortable using one of the pre listed cities as a guide, we will be happy to send you a custom quote based exactly on where you are.
I looked up the cost of shipping online and it seems lower than what is being quoted by ArtFix.ca. Why is that?
All our art is professionally packaged (NEVER rolled into a tube) and each piece that is sent is also fully insured so if anything happens to the package in transit, you will be reimbursed/able to buy another piece. All damaged art must be returned to us first before a refund can be issued.
Returns/Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns if your piece is damaged in the shipping process. You can return your piece in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
